Proscietto e Fungi
Think you’re a fun gal (or a fun guy)? Then Proscietto e Fungi should appeal with tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham and lots of lovely mushrooms. Fold this in half and you’ve essentially got another Italian favourite, the Calzone – a type of ‘folded’ oven-baked pizza traditionally stuffed with ricotta, but also cheeses like mozzarella, Parmesan and provolone, with tomato sauce served on the side.
