Our special blend of red & white miso, fused with garlic, ginger, onions, Japanese Sake, sesame seed oil and other ingredients creating a lightly textured but tasty sweet savoury soup, served with fresh egg noodles, fried beancurd, beansprouts, grated carrots and sliced spring onions, with the option of a nitamago soya sauce marinated egg.
