Spaghetti Carbonara
The two most commonly used Italian words in Britain are Spaghetti Bolognese (aka Spag Bol). Penne Arrabbiata is a very spicy (though Vegan-friendly) sauce made from garlic, tomatoes and dried red chilli peppers cooked in olive oil. Tagliatelle al Fungi is another favourite with fresh mushrooms like button, chestnut and oyster with garlic, wine and thyme.
